ac367 is committed to operating a safe and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, we operate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All players are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed, and ac367 reserves the right to request identity documents at any point during the account lifecycle.

Documents that may be requested as part of the verification process include, but are not limited to:

All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. • ac367 is not responsible for any loss arising from disruptions to third-party payment services, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond its reasonable control.
• Nothing in this clause limits ac367's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

ac367 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to ac367's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ac367 will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers who assist ac367 in operating the platform, processing payments, and preventing fraud and money laundering, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

ac367 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, ac367 will provide reasonable notice by publishing an updated version of this document on the platform with a revised effective date, and where appropriate by sending a notification to the email address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the ac367 platform after the publication of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised document. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ac367 operates the platform with the intent of serving players in Bangladesh and designs its terms to be consistent with the expectations of Bangladeshi players.

In the event of any dispute between you and ac367, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer support team. If informal resolution is not achieved within a reasonable timeframe, ac367 reserves the right to determine the appropriate forum for formal dispute resolution.

ac367's decisions regarding bet settlement, account actions, and promotional eligibility are final unless a clear administrative error can be demonstrated. All dispute submissions must be made within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims submitted outside this window may not be considered.
